It's probably not surprising that new problems come with updates. This time, during my team's throw-in, terrible lags start, after which I can't manage my team for another about 10-15 seconds . Moreover, this happens only if I throw-ins, not the opponent. There was nothing like this before the update.
I can confirm this (on PC), it happens when you switch to a player for manual movement during throw-ins. I think the cause is the Anti-Cheat.

yes, this really only happens on manual control
3 files were reloaded, but nothing changed. In fact, I was pretty sure it wouldn't help.
They fixed it, but now it's broken again.
I'm having similar issues too. And the game is so laggy
genuine question how can you make bugs on gameplay on a non gameplay update so fed up with you guys!
