I can’t get in contact with them that’s the problem I can’t get on to the live chat it doesn’t give me a option I’ve been trying for 1 week now

Ok, hmmm. I'm seeing the option when I click on the same link I shared with you below. It might just need a bit of troubleshooting to help it pop up for you. Please give these steps a try:

• Press F5 to refresh the page
• Clear your browser's cache
• Try a private browsing window and choose to continue without logging in.
• Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge

Hi dylan72mills​, just popping in to catch up! How did things go with the advice? Were you able to get in touch with the Support team?

I've had this problem, you have to turn off 2FA in your ea account settings. When you go into the companion app it makes you turn it on, so you'll have to turn it off everytime you use companion app.
