Loan pack issues

My problem is that i have a loan pack in my FUT Store. I try to opened it many times and the game says " There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again liter."  This is my problem from todays morning.And I can't open any other packs because of this loan pack. Thanks for your help.  is that i have a loan pack in my FUT Store.
