Locked FC HUB

Bought the game in the last weekend and since then I have the FC Hub section locked. No explanation why, no email, tried to search on the forums why that is happening with users and all I could find was people casually saying it got solved. 

How do i unlock it? I did Foundations SBC, I played like 20 hours, did 100 SBCs, how can I unlock that part? I am missing content.
