Locked out of FUT - error downloading FUT squad update

I can’t access FUT on the switch. I get an error message when I try and load ultimate team (An error occurred downloading the Football Ultimate Team squad update. Please try again)

This only effects my profile, not any others on the machine, and I can still log into the companion app and see my squads, etc.
