my friend had the same issue, this is what we tried in the past and at least one of these solved the issue along with contacting EA-help. Hope this helps you broski!
1. **Verify EA Account and PlayStation Network (PSN) Link**
* On your PlayStation: Go to *Settings > Account Management > Link with Other Services* and check if your EA Account is linked to your PSN account.
* On a web browser: Visit [https://myaccount.ea.com](https://myaccount.ea.com), log in, and check under the *Connections* tab to confirm your PlayStation Network is linked.
2. **Log Out and Log In Again**
* Launch EA Sports FC 25 on your PlayStation.
* If prompted, log out of your EA Account.
* Then manually log back in using your EA email and password. This can refresh your session and resolve temporary login issues.
3. **Restore Licenses on PlayStation**
* Go to *Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses*.
* Follow the prompts to complete the process. This can fix access issues due to licensing errors.
4. **Clear Cache on Your PlayStation**
* Power off your PlayStation completely (not in rest mode).
* Unplug the power cable and wait for at least 10 minutes.
* Plug the cable back in and turn the system on. This clears temporary files that could be causing conflicts.
5. **Check EA Server Status**
* Visit [https://help.ea.com/en/status/](https://help.ea.com/en/status/) to see if EA's servers are down or experiencing issues that could affect logins.
6. **Contact EA Support**
* If none of the above steps work, go to [https://help.ea.com](https://help.ea.com).
* Select *Contact Us*, choose EA Sports FC 25, your platform, and issue type, then follow the instructions to start a chat or request a callback.
