I have same issue. My son can’t log in to FC26 on his switch because login form only accepts email, but his new EA child account we set up is a username (no email linked).
there seems to be no way around it.
Terrible bug/ux. Shameful for such a massive title. 👎
Yeah, the only way around it is to not have a childaccount...
