Lost all FC25 progress but I can still see my profile exists.

Im on xbox, playing using cloud play through gamepass and have randomly been fully reset to Lvl 0 on every mode when I opened the app after 4 straight days playing and I cant access my save file for my account. I can search on the friends tab for my username and it shows up but the same xbox profile i had linked it to now shows as seperate.

 How do I log back in / retrieve access to my profile. 

Can anyone else try search it on the friends tab? Username is - Hwraith and EA user is - Hwraith23 (it says this is the friend profile for the empty profile i have since the reset when i linked it to the Hwraith profile.)

I spent time playing this and really enjoyed it but theres no point now it is all gone!
