Lost all my career mode saves

I was trying to solve a problem in my game and i had to exclue all the ea fc 25 folders, but i copied my career mode saves to my desktop. But today, somehow i lost all my saves and i don´t know how to get back that. If someone knows how to fix it, please tell me, thank yall. (i already tried to use a file recovery app and it didnt work, but it could be because i used it in a wrong way)
