FUT Become Immortal game crash

I have tried to search for support tickets, but apparently this forum is an official route to report a bug?

In order to gain the immortal 91->92 evolution you have to play 5 champs, I had only 5 champs available but in one of them game crashed in the game's beginning screen and now I cant finish the objective since it shows I've played only 4 champs and more champs open after the objective is gone.

Could this be fixed in any way?
