Lost coins and evo

Subject: FC 25 – FUTTIES Countdown Evolution Bug – 500,000 Coins Lost and Evolution Disappeared

Hello,

I’m contacting you regarding an issue I encountered in EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team with the FUTTIES Countdown Evolution.

I applied the FUTTIES Countdown Evolution to my 92-rated Fantasy FC Billing card and paid 500,000 coins for it. The coins were successfully deducted from my account, and the evolution seemed to activate correctly at first.

However, shortly after applying the evolution, it completely disappeared from my club. Not only did I lose access to the evolution, but the 500,000 coins I spent also vanished. I didn’t receive any upgrades or rewards from the evolution, and it no longer appears on the Billing card or anywhere else in my club.

To clarify:

I selected the FUTTIES Countdown Evolution in FC 25 Ultimate Team.

I used it on a 92-rated Fantasy FC Billing.

I paid 500,000 coins, which were deducted from my balance.

The evolution then disappeared completely.

I received no upgrades or content, and the coins are still missing.

It seems like a bug or error in the system. I would appreciate it if this could be investigated. I’d like to request either the return of the evolution to my club or a refund of the 500,000 coins.
