Lost duplicate players on transfer trying to send cosmetic evo to club!

The amount of players I have lost by trying to send an cosmetic player item for example like top scorer II; when i try to send it to my club by pressing R2 whilst having untradeable players duplicates is crazy. I do not know what to do. I was planning on using them for SBC's. Can anyone let me know how this bug can be fixed on ps5 and whether I will be compensated for the players lost. I appreciate responses and active support from EA members on this. I have been ignored in the past when submitting tickets. Can we show that we are trying to improve on that front too this year. The game is allot better than previous years. good job on that.
