@jodrel If they were local saves, they should be saved to the PS cloud and you download them from there. Anything online is server side so you cannot lose them. Unfortunately, there is not a way for us to restore saved games. If you reset the console, and those saves weren't uploaded to the PS online storage, those saves would be gone. There is no good faith grant for this because there isn't a way to.
