Lost my packs after completing the Shapeshifters Challenge 6

After I completed the Shapeshifters Challenge 6, I got the error:
"Connection to EA servers is not possible at the moment, you will now be returned to the main menu.
Then when I tried to access My Packs in the store they were all gone. I tried closing and re-opening the game, but the packs disappeared.
I lost about 10-15 packs of other SBCs I was grinding. Most of them were from the Shapeshifters Grinding Upgrade.

When I entered the Shapeshifters Challenge 6 but the players were not consumed. If I tried to complete it again, the same message crash to menu occurs: "Connection to EA servers is not possible ... " .

Is there a way to ask EA to get my packs back?
