I upgraded from ps4 to ps5 but lost all trophies and club player progress
any one can advise how to get them bck

Hey Bucks-Bks . Progress in some game modes won't transfer over after changing console generation.
*All progress you make or content you acquire within EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Ultimate Team (including players, items, coins, FC Points, match record, and leaderboard placement) will transfer from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and back, or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S and back. Progress within all other modes including Online Seasons, Co-Op Seasons, Manager and Player Career, Clubs, etc. will be specific to the console you are playing on and won’t transfer between consoles.
