Manager Career: Youth Academy name quality is poor.

Hi all,

I am Lithuanian, naturally, i tend to search for youth players in Lithuania. I have identified two issues here.

• Lithuania is not Eastern Europe, it is Northern Europe
• Youth academy player names make no sense. You can find a lot feminine first and last names. When a woman gets married, she can take a last name from her husband, but a feminine version, which only applies to married women. Why would a 16 y/o football talent get such last name? There are some names and grammar which doesn't exist in Lithuanian language..

Would you consider making a change if i  would send a list of most popular first and last names? Where should i send it?
