Matches Crashing

Question

For the past 3 months or so, every 2 or 3 games maximum on ultimate team I just get sent back to the Xbox main menu.The connection isnt dropping because Ive had that before and it takes you back to the FC main menu.When this happens the game freezes initially but I can still hit the home button etc to bring up my Xbox side menu, and then the game just drops and I am back at the Xbox main menu Ive tried reinstalling Ive tried deleting other games and Ive tried other connections but it just keeps happening It can happen at any minute of the match in any game mode on UT.&nbsp;Does not matter if I am winning or losing Wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if so did they manage to fix it because it’s really ruining this game for me

A disconnection doesn't mean that your internet has gone down JKGibson02.
Do you see an error message of any kind when this issue occurs?

No there’s no error message popping up. The game shuts down and goes back to the Xbox main screen. It then takes 2 or 3 attempts for the game to restart and sometimes an error message shows then but I would have to run it again to find out what that message is&nbsp;

Sounds like a system issue rather than game JKGibson02.
If it happens again can you grab us the error message? This generally has information that helps narrow down the issue and cause.
