I am writing to express my concern regarding my inability to connect to Ultimate Team (UT) despite having purchased the game. It has now been nearly 24 hours since the transaction, and I am still unable to access the service.
I understand that EA FC 26 is scheduled for release on September 26th, and while I appreciate the excitement surrounding the launch, it is deeply frustrating to experience connectivity issues after making a payment. It feels as though users are being forced into a situation where access is restricted, which is both disappointing and unacceptable—especially considering that we have paid for the product.
Many of us have tolerated issues such as scripted matches in the past, but intentional disconnections or restricted access cross a line. We are your customers, and we deserve a seamless experience and fair treatment.
I kindly urge you to investigate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Please remember that customer satisfaction is key, and we trust that EA values its community.
