Microphone Issue in FC25 on PS5 PRO

Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing a microphone issue while playing FC25 with a friend online. Despite having the microphone enabled on both devices, we are unable to hear each other. I've checked several important settings within the FC25 game, but couldn't find a live chat permission button or anything similar.

Both my friend and I are facing the same problem.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
