Missing 88+ Icon player pick since TOTY

I submitted the 87 Squad on the companion app for this sbc, but just before I submitted it, I received the error that shows when you have previoulsy disconnected and not logged back into FC on console.

When I completed the remaining squads, I receivbed the rewards for the other squads, but not the reward for the 87 squad, and not the pick.

I have spoken to advisors twice and this issue has still not been resolved - I have been told that the "dedicated team are looing into it".
