missing card background

The card background of my UT cards are all missing. especially the newest card. I tried all sorts of ways to restore it but it just doen't help. I tried deleting and re-downloading the squad update in the profile. I tried reinstalling the game. But the card background is still missing. I attached a picture to give you guys an idea of what is going on.
