Missing coins

I recently bought the season pass with real money  I have not been receiving the coins I qualified for. This is unacceptable

Could you let me know which tier it was exactly?

Also, just to mention it again, these are coins for the Clubs mode, not for Ultimate Team. If you check the shop in your Clubs mode, you should see them there.
