I completed the toty bale sbc and never received the player, as I submitted the final squad I was kicked out of ultimate team. I log back in the 23 out of 23 squads are completed and I cannot go back...

Community ManagerHey @s1nye208 Are you sure that you haven't accidentally quick sold the item in the game? Make sure to check the Quick Sell Recovery tool.
I have the same problem, but the support doesn't do anything to help me. I completed the SBC 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for my reward. Common EA, do something for your players! We pay your bills! The stock price is already going down! I NEED MY BALE ICON TOTY AND NO, I DID NOT QUICK SELL HIM ACCIDENTALLY! The player is not in my club, simple as that!
