I completed the toty bale sbc and never received the player, as I submitted the final squad I was kicked out of ultimate team. I log back in the 23 out of 23 squads are completed and I cannot go back...

I have the exact same Problem, contacted the support several time and they could not help at all, this is really unacceptable since I am a customer for over 12 years who is investing real money on a regular basis , please help I am very frustraded!
