Missing FC Points from Ultimate edition

My EA25 4600 points are not in my account after I purchased Ultimate edition [CM - Edited title for clarity]

We're sorry you haven't received the Points from the Ultimate Edition.

If you're playing from Nintendo Switch and missing the 3.850 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition, our team is investigating this Issue.

If you're playing from other platforms, you may not have received the 4.600 FC Points for different reasons:

You have preordered the Standard Edition, and you're playing the EA Play Trial. In this case, you will only receive the content related to the Standard Edition (you can check it here).

You may have preordered the Ultimate Edition with another account. Remember that only the main account that completed the purchase will receive the bonus content.

You're playing through EA Play Pro Subscription. In this case, as for the terms and conditions, "The 4800 FC Points will be provided in monthly installments of 1600 per month for three consecutive months beginning as early as September 27, 2024."

You can always check the order you made from the transaction history of your platform:

@EA_Blueberry I have not received FC points or Hero card. Ordered the game 18 july. When will this be fixed?

This is a breach of consumer law, you, EA, have advertised a product for sale at a more expensive price indicating rewards for the ‘Ultimate’ purchase and Switch players are disadvantaged by this. Fix this up immediately, not good enough. My next action will be to report this breach to both Consumer Affairs and Nintendo.
