Missing High-Rated Players in EA FC25 After Repeated Disconnections
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my EA FC25 Ultimate Team account, and to express my growing concern due to the lack of response from your support team.
At approximately 5:30 AM Vietnam time , I experienced multiple disconnections while playing the game. Despite the interruptions, everything in my squad was still normal at that time.
However, when I logged back into the game at around 3:00 PM Vietnam time the same day, I was shocked to discover that all of my high-rated players had completely disappeared from my squad.
I immediately submitted a support request, but I have yet to receive any reply. This is extremely worrying to me, as I have spent a great deal of time and effort grinding to earn those valuable players. Losing them without any explanation or update has caused me a lot of stress and disappointment.
