    After you launch the game, do you choose the existing Personal Settings 1 slot, or have you created a new one? 

    Give it a try with a new Personal Settings 1 and delete the old one. 

    If that won't work, create a new Windows admin account and test the game on that new profile.

Please make sure to close any background applications before you run the game. Check if the game and the EA app have been added to the exclusions list in your firewall or antivirus. You can also try to do a clean boot

Bad news again. When i tried the clean boot the game wouldn't start at all. I have no firewall active and the antivirus also dosn't have the game nor the EA app on it's exclusins list. Do you have any other idea?
