I'm really sorry to hear you're missing players in EA FC 25. If you believe the account might have been compromised, please make sure to have a look at the following article and re-secure your account: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked
Once your account is secured, you can contact EA Help Support and let them know about the missing players as they might be able to assist you further with that. If you have already contacted them and they escalated your case for further investigation, you should receive an email from the investigation team in a couple of days.
