Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Hi! I have a problem, today on 10th of october I was supposed to receive pre season rewards in EA FC25 for completing all the objectives in EA FC24, but so far I got just two packs for completing:
- For the club objective 1
- road to fc 25 evolution

But I also competed other ones that are mentioned below:
- complete the season 9 ladder
- for the club objective 2
- pre season crafting objective

Can you please fix this because I spent lots of time in FC24 completing these objectives.
