Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.

While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

How can it be that from all the rewards from fc 24 i get the wrong one?

Yesterday i opened fifa and i see we got rewards.

Now i only got the reqards for getting level 30.

While i didnt even reach that one.

All the others i didn't get. Can you do it right for once?
