Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Hello ! I've completed all objectives on EA FC 24 for the Pre-Season rewards, but I didn't get any of those rewards until now. Not even a single pack.
Does anybody have the same problem?
