Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Me too. I did the objectives for FC 24 rewards for FC 25, then I got FC 25 for PS5 on the 1st of October. The next day, I logged in and eight days later, I still didn't get the rewards!

    • rewards missing are: pack for the ladder, pack for the “for the club” objectives I,II and III
    • pack for the road to fc25 
    • 6:50 pm gmt+2
    • please resolve the issue quickly

    I had seen the message that I was receiving the packs when I started the game in ultimate game mode, but I haven't seen the actual packs in my store tab. what do we need to do at this point?
