Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.

While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I did all of the obj but only got 80x10 and 81x7.

Summary of Issue: missing rewards from pre season objectives(despite all being completed in FC24) supposed to be five of them received just two
Missing rewards:
- 84+ X5 Players Pack Reached level 30 on the Season 9 ladder.
- 82+ X10 Players Pack Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
- Base Icon Loan Player Pick: Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
- 82+ X5 Players Pack Completed the Pre-Season Crafting Upgrade SBC 100 times.
(Received only 81+ X7 Players Pack and 80+ X10)
Level of your pre-season reward: level 30 on the season ladder 9 and completed all other objectives to be eligible for this reward
