Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.

While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Summary of Issue: I have not received ANY fc24 pre season objectives packs in fc25.
Missing reward: packs for every objective I completed
Level of your pre-season reward: pretty sure it was all of the objectives, I can’t remember.
