Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.

While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Received rewards: hero loan, 10x80+, 7x81+ (at 10.10.25)
I have done all the preseason challenges in ea fc 24 and was max level in the season pass.

so there are some packs missing and until now still not received.
