Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Why do you promote those rewards for crossover, when it’s not even possible? Why is that? 
Just give me my rewards. Why is it so hard to deliver? 
So NO, not all rewards are delivered. I am eligible too!!!
