Summary of Issue: Didn't get all of the preseason rewards although I did all of them.
Missing reward:
84+ x5 Players Pack: Reached level 30 on the Season 9 ladder.
82+ x5 Players Pack: Completed the Pre-Season Crafting Upgrade SBC 100 times.
82+ x10 Players Pack: Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
Base Icon Loan Player Pick: Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
81+ x7 Players Pack: Completed “Road to FC 25 Evolution” objectives.
Level of your pre-season reward: I reached level 30 on the season ladder 9
Recent Timestamp for checking the game (Date, Time, Timezone) 10/10/2024 4:35PM GMT+3 in companion and around 11:00 AM in pc.

exactly as the title says. Not even been given 1 pack as I see many others have had.

I have had the exact same issue, I hardly got anything when I ordered the ultimate edition, did you manage to get yours sorted out though? 

EA Really need to sort out their stuff because this is ridiculous

Missing Rewards: 80 times 10, 82 times 10, 84 times 5, ( Received 82 times 5 and 81 times 7 (both still unopened))

I have comleted al Of my objectives evolutions and season pass but i didnt have my packs
