Missing reward from fut objectives

Question

Can someone help me? I received this as I played a match “fut champion” and it was a hacker. The game wasnt counted and i ended up loosing an objective and i cant claim this reward and i cant find it although they send me this 3 times already. Below is the message from EA

We have addressed an issue that was impacting your account. Some Objective Rewards were not received.

We have granted you the correct content that can be claimed through the Ultimate Team Store.

I have the same message on my account 2 days in a row. I went 7-8 in champs with 3 of my games while I was up 4 goals got disconnected and the message said “match under review”. This is so frustrating and i missed out on 3 player picks. I just want my rewards.
