Missing SBC player from club (Guti)

So, I completed Guti, haven't sold or quick selled him. It's not in SBC storage. Basically vanished from the club.  I've opened three tickets at EA sports support and the problem still persists. I'M PISSED OFF. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS?
