However, I didn’t receive the TOTY EVO Star I Evolution, which should have been added to my Evolutions list.Here are the details:Task Completed: TOTY Daily Login Upgrade SBCReward Missing: TOTY EVO Star I EvolutionPlatform: PS5I’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps provided in EA Help articles, but the content is still missing. I also contacted EA Help directly, but they redirected me here to seek assistance from the community.Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it?

Same but I can’t even open the evo tab now after collecting it. Whenever I open evo tab my game crashes

It's so sad how people are too lazy even just to take a few seconds to search for something on this game, while instead reverting to sending in a complaint, since I knew right away while reading OP's post that they likely didn't even check the cosmetics section so come on now, grow up, and be better then that.

@ST54KER Did you checked using App or in game? Did you completed objective and redeem token? Can you please attach some screenshot or video clip of where exactly you are looking?

I am missing the 2nd one, TOTY EVO Star II. I completed the daily upgrade SBC all 3 days. Received TOTY EVO STAR I and completed it but don't have the #2 in my cosmetic evo section or unassigned. Thought it might pop up today after the daily upgrade SBC but still don't have it.
