Missing TOTY EVO Star I Evolution

Hi everyone,

I’m seeking help regarding a missing reward in EA SPORTS FC™ 25.

I recently completed the TOTY Daily Login Upgrade SBC and successfully redeemed the reward. However, I didn’t receive the TOTY EVO Star I Evolution, which should have been added to my Evolutions list.

Here are the details:

  • Task Completed: TOTY Daily Login Upgrade SBC
  • Reward Missing: TOTY EVO Star I Evolution
  • Platform: PS5

I’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps provided in EA Help articles, but the content is still missing. I also contacted EA Help directly, but they redirected me here to seek assistance from the community.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it?

    @francofangPSTOTY EVO Star I Evolution availble under cosmetic & exclusive section and not regular evolution section.

    If you can attach screenshot or video clips then it will be easier to understand.

    Your comment is useless, that’s sad. The guy just could not find where it is, what’s sad on that or what’s wrong with that. EA was happy to answer. Perhaps you are a sad person.

    @sanket_360 there is the screen shoot, i have the same problem i just have the toty evo star II and at the same time i got free zidane but i dont have the evo for that too. my account name is CroVze, i would be happy if i can get some help

    @DreaML1Ke and i dont have the first one but i have the second one and free zidane's evo either lol what is this game

    @CroVze Evo star and Zidane Evo are 2 different things. Do not mix up. Zidane evo is given to those accounts who are eligible as club members. If you are a club member and still have not received zidane evo, then contact EA help.

    I have completed all the required objective and received only the TOTY EVO star 2 not the first one. I looked everywhere including under cosmetic tab and it’s missing. That’s means all the rest of the TOTY evos are not usable as I don’t have a TOTY CB. 
    can someone help with this

    Iv only received the 1st Evo from the Daily SBC, not  Daily Play game so im missing the 2nd EVO. Its not in any Evo section?

    I did that and I can’t find it anywhere, 

    I checked cosmetic and quick sell recovery yet I can’t find it
