my account has been permanently banned by EA

Hello, I purchased the EA FC25 game on Steam on September 25th. When I want to play the game, I get the error that my account has been permanently banned by EA. I have never used any cheats or similar programs. I think my account was stolen during the banning process. That's why I can't play the game I just bought. Please help me.

    This unfortunate situation has effected many of us. My account and many others were banned yesterday without cause. People believe it's an autoban by an aibot. Not sure. But I lost my 15 year old ea account

    I bought the game today on Steam and I couldn't even play it.
