My EA FC 25 won't start on steam

When trying to start my fc 25 on the screen that shows 'EA SPORTS FC25' the message appears, 'This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Make sure the program is not in use, or restart your PC.' Could someone tell me how to solve this?
