My EAFC25 Accgot banned from UT

Hello , i bought the game like 1 month ago and played like 10 games on rivals and didnt login from then now i tried to login to find my account is banned , its div 8 or 9 smth like that why its banned do EA bans when i dont login for like a month? its so unfair to me ...
