My game backed out when I was up five nothing in second half

I was playing a squad battles game and I was up five nothing in the second half until my game froze for a couple seconds and then my game disconnected and it sent me out of ultimate team and back onto the home screen so I lost my game and I didn’t earn any points or objectives.
