My game didn’t count

i was playing my first game of this fut champs and i won in extra time 9-5 and as soon as i finish my game it tell me that basically couldn’t connect back and i got kicked out of ultimate team. 1) this is not fair on who is trying very hard to win games and to play games for this new objective and therefore now we can’t get it because we have 1 game missing. 2) i could have gotten more wins and better rewards because now i don’t really want to play this game anymore because of what just happened and knowing it also happened to a bunch of people besides me. EA i’m talking to you with all respect and I am willing to get back a response from you and hopefully give some sort of compensation to all the people that went through this. Thank you
