I fixed this by routing the EA Launcher through ExitLag, if you don't have ExitLag you can simply use any VPN and it should connect you to the EA servers.
For technical users: there is an issue with SSL certificate for the EA servers on one of the edge regions so by using a VPN you can connect to a working edge.
Is this for PC or Xbox? I have Xbox.
PC. but there must be a way to setup VPN on Xbox too, just Google it or ask ChatGPT for help
