My game keeps crashing as I’m loading into rivals it says arsenal verse arsenal and it’s all black

My game disconnects every time I try play online it is all black for a while until it shows me arsenal verse arsenal and the actual arsenal team and then the game disconnects. Please help me I still haven’t even played a single rival game
