my gameplay feels slow and heavy regardless of settings

hi pretty much every match i play the game feels slow and heavy/delayed slightly. if i watch a streamer to view their game, their game looks super quick compared to mine lol i play on PC with 7800x...

They have no solutions. They will blame your connection regardless of what your tests show.
