My pc keeps shutting down while playing fc 25

I'm having this issue.
I play 1-2 games, then the menus and everything starts to lag as sh#t. Setting everything to low or capping the FPS doesn't solve. You have to restart the PC.
If you try to go on it crashes eventually. Sometimes the screen just go black and after a few seconds the PC reboots.
I have this PC for years, and I played many games, never had such thing. I think my specs are more than enough to play this cursed game, but it refuses to work:
